Had a couple of weekends and a major holiday or two occur right after ordering. Took 14 days to arrive. And a restocking issue at their warehouse... Wait time for support was 14 minutes and 4 minutes another. Both times people were able to give me a complete answer to my questions and were fun to talk to.
