I am not sure if this is a good battery or not. It was easy to install. Maybe my laptop has an issue. The laptop recognized it and it worked for a day. Now I have to keep my laptop plugged in, because the battery doesn't seem to charge.

Worked great, and easy to install, when used in the correct laptop. Then, I bought another one for a Dell Latitude 5400, and it did not fit perfectly, I had to cut off the screw mounts, and tope it in, but that was my fault, for not reading the listing closely, as it does not say it will fit the 5400. Still, it worked fine anyway.

The battery itself is great, as others have mentioned. But Iād like to also give a shout out to the customer service. I had an issue with the battery about a year in. Sent them a quick email, they double checked a couple of things and concluded it was a manufacturing defect. Then immediately sent me a replacement. Then followed up after a few days to ensure it was all good. Customer for life.
