After extensive efforts to identify the correct version battery to order, the one I received is not working for some reason. The battery level shows 97% and plugged in, If I remove the power supply, my laptop immediately shuts down and must be rebooted. I have run the battery and system troubleshooter, but it shows not problems with my laptop. I have adjusted power settings, but that has not worked either. The battery connector is secure and in place. It is acting like a DEAD BATTERY in every respect. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Nothing special about this laptop battery, it does what it's supposed to do- I would however recommend to any buyer or buyers to contact the seller first so that you can go through the checking regarding compatibility, you would hate to buy a battery only to see that it's incompatible with your laptop or related.
