I won't buy from this seller again. Bought a battery for my laptop all numbers matched up. Never charged to a 100% would not hold a charge. Reached out to seller, never heard back from seller.The seller reached to me and sent me a replacement battery and the replacement works like it's suppose to charged to 100% & holds the charge.

I gave it a few weeks to provide my honest opinion, and see if battery would somehow improve its charge time, however, I regret to report that I am lucky to get 1.5 hours of general use (e-mail, news, etc.), whereas the original Dell battery would easily give me 3 hours under the same conditions. I will look for an original Dell replacement, if still available.
